I have dedicated over five years to practicing and exploring meditation, especially Mindfulness.
My spiritual journey was shaped by a rigorous two-and-a-half-year mentorship. During this, I was guided through diverse meditative practices from various traditions, such as Christian prayer, earth-rooted rituals, mystic Kabbalah, focused meditation, and Buddhist forms like Vipassana and Dzogchen.
I enjoy teaching and guiding the exploration of meditation, aiming for the core objective: breaking through the layers of ego to attain an experiential understanding of our True Nature. At the same time, I’ve realized that true human connection can be as powerful for healing and serve as a spiritual catalyst as plant medicine.
